If you purchase an item from us and it needs cutting down to a smaller size, we can do that for you but ONLY ON CERTAIN RANGES & ITEM SIZES - Please CONTACT US FIRST to confirm if it is possible to meet your requirements. You can then buy the larger item, and also add this listing to your order for this service. This service can take anything from 1-3 days and your order will be dispatched once completed (which may be slightly longer than the dispatch time stated on the door listing). Any items cut/re-edged or amended from their original condition at your request, will be a bespoke order and therefore non-returnable and not eligible for a refund, as per our T&C's, which can be found on our website tfsdoors. Packaging and sending large fragile items is very expensive so we cannot emphasize how important it is to make sure you get a sample or enquire by email before purchasing limited stock on discontinued doors just because Howdens says its that range and colour doesn't mean 100% for sure that it is because some staff haven't worked there long or get confused for some reason.
